Jarry will have to be wary of a tenacious Barrere who doesn't give up!

Two players who are quite similar in their way of managing their emotions, it is in the game that Jarry starts with a good advantage in my opinion!

No grass match since 2019 for Jarry before Halle last week, I was curious to see how he would fare and he clearly showed that it was a surface he enjoyed. His quality of service is highlighted and his heavy shots hurt, he moves quite well for a player of his size too! In short, it was convincing. Barrere has also shown some interesting things recently and more generally over the year. I can't wait to see what he will offer tomorrow but I'm afraid he will be a little too passive, he is good when he goes forward and takes charge of the game, less so when he lets his opponent do what he wants. Against Jarry it won't depend solely on him and he will have to seize every opportunity if he wants to win.
