Why bother playing long matches when you can win 6/1 6/1 6/1?! That's pretty much what Taylor Fritz has just done in his first 3 laps...

Taylor Fritz ate the lion! He certainly played guys squarely within his reach, but we must recognize his enormous solidity. It's not easy to put 3 small sets in a row on a guy, so do it 3 times in a row... And as if that weren't enough, he plays the Swiss who must start to have his legs that pull. Stricker is going to have to come into this match being even more aggressive than usual if he's going to have any hope of winning it. But the American's solidity, the fact that left-handers don't really bother him and his quality of service mean that there is a good chance that Stricker's risks will not be rewarded. He's going to have to go all-in with a shitty hand 😉.
