Barrere establishes himself as boss?
French is rated super low by the match books, is it deserved?
Ok I can understand that in super fast indoor conditions we give a good advantage to Barrere given his quality of shot and his ability to attack in the exchange, against an earthling like Galan he is the big favorite but the Frenchman's odds at 1.22 are a little abused. He certainly pays for his good match against Alcaraz but be careful not to see him more handsome than he really is, his game is at risk and he can sometimes get lost by trying too many things. Be careful, I'm not saying that Galan will win but his odds are excessive, the Colombian has already played well on fast surfaces this season with a good run at Wimbledon in particular. He is capable of serving well on the first ball and finishing with a forehand, however the rest is very average off clay, can he defy the books and create a surprise?
