A puzzle match
Very smart who can anticipate exactly what will happen in this match!
On the one hand we have Van de Zanschulp's inconsistency at its peak, impossible to predict when he is going to be good (which happens less and less often) or when he is going to do something stupid. The trend this season is clearly towards crappy matches but you never know with him. On the other side it's Stricker, super US Open and... nothing behind. 4 defeats since then and we don't really know how to rate him at the moment. This match clearly stinks and I won't dwell on it as we have to speculate on the level of the two. We can note that they played here last season and the Swiss won, he is capable of doing it again but at what price do we take him?
