Botic is having a blast!

I'm super happy to see VDZ again having a minimum of fun on the courts and what's more his tennis is good, and was it the return of the great VDZ?

A season on short grass and not very successful, however, I saw VDZ better in attitude and also in play, this impression is confirmed with a challenger final last week and a good first round in Gstaad. Always feverish moments in his matches where he makes a double then waters a little too much on the forehand, you have to erase these little mistakes and keep everything else! The altitude is perfect for him, whether already serving but especially in the game where his powerful and heavy forehand hurts even more. I feel the rise in power of our friend Botic, there are some serious signals I think. It will be a real good test against Etcheverry, the Argentinian is a sure bet on clay even if this season he is sluggish and has difficulty coping most of the time. He's takeable on dirt this season and VDZ would be stupid not to believe it, I don't know if it's too early for him to beat him but I think he can already bother him.
