Not the same forms or ambitions!

Vavassori finds himself playing in singles but he is mainly aiming for a medal in doubles, he is not going to sell out the match, mind you, it's just that he does not arrive with an objective on the court. He jumped in qualifying at Roland this year and then he took 2 and 2 in qualifying at Wimbledon, recently that's all. On the other side we saw a good Martinez who reached the semi-final in Hamburg before having a decent tournament in Kitzbuhel. The Spaniard is formidable this season and arrives more confident and better in these conditions known to be slow as always. Vavassori is counting a lot on his serve, his forward play. Not ideal on this heavy clay and even less so against a player as smart as Martinez, for me all the lights are green for the Spaniard!
