The Pouille phoenix?

Having spoken to Lucas a bit during Roland, it's true that he's come a long way. The first desire was to continue the tournaments on clay to collect points and hope to have a wild card but it failed. Even if Lucas is one of the rare players to have won a tournament on all 3 surfaces in the same year. He therefore arrives without any reference points on grass (like his opponent) but generally gets used to this change of surface quite quickly. Will this be enough to qualify for his 2nd Grand Slam main draw in a row?

The left-handed Zeppieri is capable of serving quite well in the first half. He has caused Ruud quite a few problems recently but he needs some time to get organised.

As for Lucas, as usual, he will play alone. If he is in shape, his steamroller style can wreak havoc. The risk is always that he will water a little too much but once his first round is over, he should be better. First round not easy in addition (same for Zeppieri you will tell me). But Lucas will normally be much more motivated by the stakes in this kind of tournament than on challenger in Turkey. So I expect a match not easy but that Lucas should win.
