The Zapata Circus

Indeed, each match of my dear friend Zapata turns more and more often into a telenovela episode. He keeps whining (more than before I mean) and it's playing tricks on him. Against Rublev he risks giving us a new recital!

Of course, this little analysis will revolve around Rublev who clearly has the keys to decide the outcome of the match. One could wonder how he digests a victory in a tournament to play 2 days later but we could see that when he wins the biggest tournament of his career this year in Monte-Carlo, he goes straight to a final in Banja-Luka. His victory at Bastad was much less emotional and we can expect Rublev to be in good shape to play his first round in Hamburg, a city close enough to Bastad so the trip is not very tiring.
