Ritchie creates the surprise?

The Frenchman is playing really well this week but we're going to have to put a little more in front of Korda..

Two solid first laps from Gasquet, he encourages himself a lot and shows that he wants to do well this week. As in Auckland at the start of the season, he took advantage of this pre-Grand Slam week to score a few victories. Yesterday he took advantage of a slightly lower temperature which must have done him a lot of good, he suffers a lot from the heat in general and yesterday it was a few degrees cooler. Today return of the heat and a match scheduled for 1 p.m. under 33 degrees, it could be complicated for him. Korda made a much better impression yesterday than in the first round, he had to be wary of Fucsovics and we saw him put a little more everywhere, it's not a reference match either but it was a good match. He is serving well this week and when we know the difficulties on the return of Gasquet it may be hard for him to go and take his service.
