Giron untouchable?
The American comes out of a final in Dallas playing at a great level, is he moving on or arriving a little tired?
Big big week for Giron in Dallas, beyond his victories it was especially his level of play that impressed me. We know him, he's a real fighter on the pitch but sometimes he lacks forward play, he used violence in certain matches to put in a little more and it worked. We will have to start again directly, 48 hours after its final. Change of conditions, goodbye to the slow indoor of Dallas we find a hard outdoor more lively I find but above all an impactful weather. A small wind to take into account that will have to be managed, the perfect balls due to indoor conditions will no longer be perfect, this parameter will have to be taken into account. Change of conditions/fatigue against Giron but in terms of confidence the guy will be back to full strength on the other hand, if he performs at the same level tomorrow he will win. Nava will try to impose his rhythm, the young American can serve fire and has a big arm, he is still too excited on the court on the other hand. His start to the season is rather good with some good victories, in general he is doing a lot of challenging in the US he is in his element the conditions are as good for him as for Giron. As I said, we have two possible scenarios in this match: 1-Giron arrives over-confident and resumes its march forward to roll over Nava, 2-Nava starts strong and dictates its rhythm to a less dashing Giron who puts time to adapt.
