Quite crazy to see Albot so fav' in 2024, let's see why!

34 years old and at the end of his career, friend Radu, yet he hangs on and kills himself as a challenger again this season! This return to Romania will do him good, Moldova is right next door and we can say that the motivation will be there! He came out of the qualifiers by beating two bad players and over the last few weeks he had some interesting victories against earthlings. However, he doesn't really have an earthy game, his shots are quite flat, he is not tall and doesn't put on a huge weight/volume. This story is rather reassuring for Kovacevic, the American is still a novice on ocher and had to pray to avoid a very successful Spaniard/Argentinian in the first round. There he gets a guy who is not particularly powerful, smart and patient certainly, but not a catastrophic profile for him. Kovacevic is one of the players who has progressed the most this season for me, he channels himself better and shows consistency over the weeks. In 2024 he won't lose against anyone, I've seen him fight big battles and I assure you that even on earth he could amaze us! Especially since the warm conditions, the high bounce, the speed of the terrain will help it do better than on heavy soil (Munich by chance).
