Immortal Rafa

Just impressive to see how much Spanish is struggling, but until when?

We're not going to lie to each other, we're all happy to see Rafa back on court, personally I'm convinced by what he's been offering since the start of the tournament. Convinced but not blind either, I can see that he has some less good moves in his matches, he can no longer fight on every point, he still does it but not with the same intensity, consistency. He played super short against Cachin in hot moments, he is tense, wants to do well in front of his audience! He says he would be surprised to win against Lehecka tomorrow, me too to be honest. It's already scheduled for a night session at 9:30 p.m., which raises two things: the first is that Rafa doesn't like night sessions, he avoids them. His ball rises less high, his game works less. Secondly he "accepted" the night session to give himself maximum recovery time, a sign that Father Rafa really needs it, against Cachin he left a lot of energy and there are no days of rest! Two problems to which I would add another major one: Lehecka. The Czech is coming back from a small back injury and looks good in his tournament, with him it's often all or nothing, when his game is in place it's so strong. He sends bags to both sides, takes the ball early, serves well, in short it's complete and dangerous in these kinds of conditions too.
