Not a pusher match

I liked Zhang's match despite the frustrating loss to Koepfer. His long and deep returns neutralized his opponent well and should still do the job against Ofner who is even less mobile and prefers to have the game on his own. If the Austrian finds himself blocked and falling back from the first strike then he is takeable. Conversely, we can have the same thoughts with an ultra aggressive Ofner, sometimes too much, but who likes to take his chances and decide the match. He also suffered a frustrating defeat last week against eventual winner Draper, and we saw that his game could wreak havoc on grass. A battle of power, of conquest of ground too!
