Holger serious outsider

Semi-finalist last year and in good shape at the moment, Rune can do something this week!

We left Holger with a defeat against Zverev at Roland but we finally found him in terms of level of play. He is back on a surface that he does not master perfectly but on which he already shone last year . Semi-finalist here and quarter-finalist at Wimbledon, I might as well tell you that he plays well on grass. He can finally send his forehand strains in a more legitimate way we will say, and his quality of movement helps him too. His problem remains that he lacks management in his matches at times and on grass it is essential especially when you are facing a good server for example. In any case this first round seems simple on paper given Thompson's poor form at the moment but we must not bury the Australian too quickly. He plays really well on grass, he is smart and maneuvers his matches well.
