The problem with Lestienne is that we can't be certain. In Mallorca he came out of the qualifiers being convincing and involved, it looked like he was returning to a good level and yet he jumped in the first round against Shevchenko, spending his match getting angry and complaining. It's a shame because we see the full potential of his game on grass, his variations are boring and he knows how to do so many things that he can quickly become poison to play. We must therefore take a grain of salt and not see it as too beautiful, or too bad in fact. He is capable of anything, I remember his crazy match against Khachanov at Roland last year where no one expected him and he took two sets playing crazy tennis. I wonder if we can't go for something similar tomorrow against a Musetti who is in good shape but not unplayable on grass! The Italian makes his opponents work with his slice, his drop shots and his quality of defense, all these weapons piss off a lot of players but I wonder if it's not good for Lestienne? In the short game the French excels and will offer something else to Musetti, I don't know what he will bring us tomorrow but I want to try something!
