So yes, but I would say that when it happened he made a stronger impression than that. For the moment, he had a good match against McDonald, but against Fils it was much more messy. He had big problems returning correctly and simply putting the ball in the court. That's his big problem, tactically he's zero and won't adapt to his opponent, he wants to play fast, strong and risky. It's his game and he will win or lose that way. Against a Fils on the return, it's okay, but it was already borderline, but against Fritz, I doubt he can get through with his level. He's already going to struggle on the return since Fritz serves steel, and then in the game, if he doesn't play perfect tennis, he'll come up against a guy who's far too strong and solid from the baseline. Fritz knows how to adapt, I like him because after the matches he gives a lot of information about his tactics or his feelings, this week he says that he changed his tension because the balls fly too much and it's hard to control. Against Diallo he adapted to the wind and had a well-established game plan, that's really where he can also make the difference tomorrow. He leads 3/0 against Lehecka by the way, not a big surprise given his seriousness and the application he puts into his matches.
