Mpetshi on the revival

The French giant is looking to revive good momentum

What a shitty match Mpetshi had against Wong last week, he's already not playing very well at the moment but this was catastrophic. One day off and we can count on him to be back to work in training, he has the opportunity to regain some confidence before the US Open, it would be good to have a good week here. The conditions are ok for him, he's going pretty fast and the bounce isn't super low, enough to make his kick work. But he'll have to be smart to beat Martinez because the Spaniard isn't easy to beat, he clings to what he can and just beat Goffin. We also remember his victory in Cincinnati against Jarry after being behind by a wide margin, he's always there to piss people off! Mpetshi remains much better than him on hard but I don't see him having a huge margin to the point of easily breaking his opponent, which leads us towards TB where he actually has the advantage. On the other hand, given his current poor form and lack of confidence, I'm not as calm as usual, the tendency is rather to lay him at the moment and if he is still low then that will be my betting angle
