FAA is largely led in H2H

8/3 Zverev in direct confrontations, the German likes to play against Felix because the Canadian sets the pace from the baseline and doesn't vary much (his only variation is his backhand slice). In the end, Zverev is just too solid from the baseline to be caught and he has a guy who makes the game for him, I also like his ability to return a little better than average to take free points from FAA. Conversely, Zverev is just too good on serve to be caught normally, that's what happened every time. Now I keep telling myself that the Zverev of this season is really beatable and that a guy like Felix at his best can really take advantage of it. But is it great Felix? I want to say no despite two decent matches, in fact when you see him play you have the impression that it's monstrous but in the end he was not far from losing a set against Harris then two against Safiullin.. You're going to tell me that it's good to have gotten out of it without losing those sets precisely but I'm going to tell you that Zverev is not Harris or Safiullin quite simply. Felix will have to step up his game and we'll see the Zverev on bad days. This year the German is multiplying them, it's more frequent than before so we have to watch him live to see what it says tomorrow. On the other hand in pre-match we can go a little there, right?
