Korda all the way?
Sick in Winston-Salem and then injured at the US Open, Korda's return doesn't provide much information.
I thought Korda's illness in Winston-Salem was average, for me he clearly bluffed to avoid getting burned out before the US Open and was already feeling something in his lower back.. I could be wrong but in any case he gave up against Norrie and we need to know if it was just because of the sequence after his return from injury or something more serious? I already think that if there was the slightest risk he would pass his turn and try to play a 500 next week instead.. Apart from this doubt it must be admitted that in Winston-Salem his level of play was quite impressive for a comeback, he played with steel. Monstrous quality of service, precise and fluid attacking game on both sides, the great Korda that we love. He really has the perfect weapons to piss off Walton precisely! The Australian is good everywhere but he excels nowhere, if in addition he faces a good receiver who neutralizes a few first serves here and there it seems to be too complicated for him to get out of it. Then we can see the problem in reverse and say that a guy good everywhere and solid is what is needed to test Korda and perhaps succeed in making him crack
