LL vs WC?

Terence Atmane was hampered by the score against VDZ in his Q2, but he came through in 2 sets. Will he have the relaxation of a LL here?

Oh, the cardboard intro... When he returned to action, Terence played against a Prizmic who blocked his fiery left-handed ardor well, forcing him to always make one more shot. Since then, he eliminated a local, always dangerous, then VDZ, so the good blocker style could very well have gotten the better of him. Seeing him clutch on this kind of profile is rather reassuring. And seeing him easily eliminate a local too ;). And seeing him win two matches to get back into rhythm too! Because if this guy regains the confidence he built up in Cincinnati, it could hurt. Plus, in terms of matchup against Zhang, it's much better for him! Zhang hits hard on serve/forehand. He doesn't play VDZ-style blocker tennis, nor statistical tennis. And what's more, Terence will be able to isolate him on the backhand side with his left-handed paw. And what's more, Zhang is barely back to competition after 6 months. He says he doesn't have many ambitions other than staying healthy. We have to be careful, because this mindset allowed him to play two very good matches for his return to action in Hangzhou. And then Terence's tempo game might also please him. So we'll take a little precaution and look at the odds.
