Mission almost impossible
Beating ADM on these slow courts seems to be complicated for Arthur but he is surprising this year
Rinderknech took advantage of his LL status to get revenge and win against Goffin this time. Honestly, the quality of the match was very average, it was good on neither side. There was also a MTO for a back problem for Rinder and he looked a little diminished anyway, I think it's not reassuring for the future. He will have to grit his teeth and be super efficient against ADM by forcing a short line otherwise from the back I don't see how he can get out of it. The Australian distinguished himself at the Laver Cup with some great victories on a very slow hard court and there he has just dominated Bu with a 6/0 in the second set, I really like what he does. He may lack a little power against certain players but that's not what will bother him or handicap him in a matchup like this one against Rinder, we will be careful in the next matches. I'm getting ahead of myself, but I admit I can't find any real argument on Rinderknech's side to believe in his victory or his set, and you?
