The road is still very long, but in principle that’s kind of where Griekspoor is at his best—his specialty is being good against top players and sluggish against guys weaker than him. The Dutchman has had some motivation issues lately, and facing Sinner in a Masters 1000 could give him a boost for a match. That said, it’s already 6–0 Sinner in the head-to-head; however, there have been quite a few tiebreaks and 7–5s—that’s what we’ll be targeting again in this match anyway.
