Hugo comes out of the attic...

Some great qualifiers and a chance for Hugo to go and get more tomorrow

I remember their match in Marseille very well last year, during which Hugo held his own for a large part of the match before losing 6–4 in the third. He was already coming from the qualies and had really managed to seize his chance, helped by the quality of his serve.

Both players like indoor conditions and should provide a good match. Struff played Davis Cup this weekend in Germany, also on indoor hard, but that’s still a factor to take into account: the adaptation time here will inevitably be a bit short.

Overall, I’m only moderately convinced by Struff’s level, as he really alternates between the good and the much less good, and I quite like the Frenchman’s chances in this match.
