This match is exciting, maybe the marquee game of this second round between two extremely promising young players!

First round without a hitch for Prizmic, who keeps impressing, but there wasn’t strong opposition against him. On the other hand, he took a small MTO. I think he wasn’t at the top of his form, or maybe it was the heat. I don’t really know how he reacts to that, but from what I’ve read here and there, it doesn’t seem to be something he particularly enjoys. He’ll be one to watch, but his level of play has been there and monstrous for months already. Can we say he’s in better form than Fonseca? I think so.

Fonseca looked nervous once again in his win over Pavlovic. The Brazilian gave himself a bit of a scare in the first set, but once he managed to relax and got in front, it went smoothly. However, we’re seeing signs of irritation from him that he didn’t use to have. You can feel he’s a player who’s not very confident right now. I think he also doesn’t handle the heat that well, since physically he’s not yet a beast at this point. And I think we’re going to see some serious twists and turns in this match. Hard to imagine either one being dominant, given how both can have big hot-and-cold spells.
