The Belgian is hungry!

Kept away from the courts after a stupid injury picked up at Roland Garros just when he was in good form, here’s the Belgian back in action after his comeback match against Zverev at Wim. He’d put together quite a clay-court swing before Roland and has just shown that he’s already ready to scrap against his nemesis Zverev, since he lost in 4 very tight sets.

On the other side, Titouan is arriving in a period he really loves because, last year as well, he reached the final in Iasi and followed it up with an excellent Umag.

So this is a bit of a special analysis because I think both players will have a knife between their teeth. Of course Blockx is stronger. He showed on clay that he has insane resilience in defense and knows how to pull the trigger when needed. The guy has adapted to the surface so well, it’s crazy. Titouan is a bit more aggressive and will really have to raise his level, because beating Blockx by attacking on slow clay… good luck. Now, I feel like there’s a little star shining over Droguet in this period. I was really surprised by his level right here last year. A bit like Darderi, I had the impression that everything was going in despite the amount of power he was putting on the ball.
