Again?

Playing an out-of-form Daniil and pulling out a huge match, it was almost written in the stars for VDZ. He loves playing without pressure against big names. At least then he doesn’t overthink it, he just goes for it. And that’s when his game becomes really good. Against Hubbie, what’s annoying is that the Pole is really good at playing in that “I wait at the back and let you come to me” mode. That’s what he did against Tabilo, who kind of ran into a wall. So the counterpuncher VDZ could end up being the one getting countered, and suddenly we like his profile a lot less.

So for me we’ve got a kind of awkward match-up between two players who aren’t exactly full of confidence. Pretty much anything can happen, and in those cases...
