Revenge?!

Having faced each other barely ten days ago in Cincinnati, here are the two men in Winston and in the semis! What’s changed?

Fery’s level has gone up since then, but I’d say the Duck’s has too. He was so solid yesterday. But so was Fery, who I think showed a good level against Kovacevic.

Fery will have to play someone a bit less powerful than Kovacevic, but more solid. Because it’s true that if you manage to stay really steady against Kova, he cracks. Here the Duck is more solid. He was even in the role of neutralizer/counterpuncher yesterday against Marozsan. The Australian has been playing well for quite a few tournaments now, as people have said, but in Winston I think he’s really on a little cloud. He’ll be able to dictate play, and I find his backhand is holding up better than in Cincinnati.
